My fiance and I are looking for a good couples counselor (preferably a psychologist with a PhD) in the Clifton Park/Saratoga, NY region. Any suggestions..or tips on who to avoid? It's so hard trying to find a doctor like this, much less one with a specialty area for couples. In case it helps, we would see either a man or a woman. It doesn't matter. My suggestion is to dump the girl if you are already needing counseling??? What's with New York people and the need for therapy?
