For 20 years, the chinese have limited families to one child for town/city dwellers, and two children for farm workers. They don't have big families.





China is also self-sufficient in food; and they are by the way, the country our administration has borrowed from consistently for the last six years, making us a huge debtor to this communist country. If China were to require repayment of all our loans, America would be bankrupt! So I don't think they need any aid from us.
