If you ammend the constution to excludes Same Sex Couples?

Then you will have to change the constitution where it says that all me are created equal to all Straight men are created equal. If you ammend the constution to excludes Same Sex Couples?
Yeah, okay, but if we are going to argue that, I would lean toward saying that it would be the only amendment restricting freedom, not granting it. The only amendment to restrict freedom is number 18, which any person who has read the Bill of Rights knows was repealed shortly thereafter. The Constitution is not made to tell us what we can't do, only what we can.If you ammend the constution to excludes Same Sex Couples?
';all me are created equal'; is not in the Constitution. It is in the Declaration of Independence.
Well actually... the phrase ';We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal'; is in the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution.
huh??
Of course they didn't think of that one! They're ignorant bastards.
Whats the difference in gay marriages and business deals? Create a contract between yourselves, but please don't tell my children what you do. There is not a gay animal on the planet except some of you folks. So don't confuse the world!!!!
You got it. That's why the Senate rejected the amendment.
Boy you can tell that you have never read the Constitution. The constitution does not say that all Men are created equal.

Abraham Lincoln used that par-phrase in the Gettysburg Address '; Dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal'; That was his (Lincoln) ideology.
I agree
No you wouldn't. A gay man would have equal rights to marry a women as a straight man would.
