I have always wanted to join the peace corps after college but now that I'm married I know that being away for 27 months is probably not an option. I know that the Peace Corps does take married couples as volunteers and places them together. Do you know anyone who has done this? Do you think its a good idea? My daughter knows a married couple. I didn't. If the Peace Corps has always been your dream, it is the best option. You both have to qualify, which almost always means either 10 - 50 years of experience or a bachelor's degree.Married Couples in the Peace Corps?
